returns & exchanges policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from aladdin street farm. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below.

return eligibility:

  • item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • the return must be initiated within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.

how to initiate a return:

  • provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

return shipping:

  • customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
